A startup company had recently developed a new retail software product, which was scheduled to be released in six weeks. They had no QA team and testing was needed immediately to hit the release date.

We identified a technical QA lead and several qualified testers. A goal-oriented test plan was then prepared, reviewed and accepted. Within the first week, significant functional test coverage had been accomplished, defect reports were being submitted along with performance results, all of which drove higher confidence and product readiness. At the end of the six weeks, the testing efforts were completed as planned. Hundreds of defects had been found, reported and corrected, producing a high quality, on-time product release.
